2. Create an account on Paypal / AlertPay

Create an account on Paypal / AlertPay is a requirement for creating an account at the PTC.

Here I will explain how to create an account in Paypal if you are confused:

• Log into Paypal site / click on this.
• Click Sign Up / list which is located in the upper right.
• Next select the country you live and the language of your country, select the personal (for the need to buy it) / premier (to sell and buy them online) are advised to update to the premier.

• Then fill your biographical (name, email address, home address, phone number, paword, date of birth, etc.), are expected to fill as the real bios to be on guard when you checked Paypal account, click the "Accept and Create Account"

• If you do not have a credit card, can be cleared first (later if you have a profit from PTC / other online businesses you can buy it), click the "Sign into My Account".

Now open your mail and click the Paypal activation link to show that you are the owner of the Paypal account.
